Formscape Outdoor Solutions was founded on a simple belief: that outdoor spaces should be built with the same care, precision, and structural integrity as the buildings that surround them.
A background rooted in building — and nature
Founder and Director Owen grew up on an acreage in North East Victoria, where weekends were spent helping his dad build their family home and shape the surrounding gardens. It was there that his appreciation for both construction and the natural environment took hold — learning early on that great spaces are created when structure and nature work together.
That foundation led Owen to study engineering at university, before embarking on a 20-year career in the construction industry. During that time, he worked across a wide range of roles — from labourer and concreter through to project manager — gaining hands-on experience at every level of the build process.

After two decades in civil construction, Owen saw an opportunity to bring his technical expertise into a more considered, people-focused space. Formscape Outdoor Solutions was created to combine engineering knowledge, construction precision, and a growing passion for horticulture and landscape design.
Today, Formscape delivers outdoor environments that are not only visually refined, but structurally sound and built to perform long-term — whether that’s for luxury residential properties or complex commercial sites.
